CATS IN THE GARDEN

This past week while I was taking some time off from work,
I traveled home to see my Mom for Mother's Day.
I took a quick detour at Crossville to visit one of my favorite
shops, the RUSTY ROOSTER.
I wanted to add another cat to my
Catbird Garden.

I've been collecting cat statues as long as I've
been gardening at Buttermilk Cottage,
about six years now.

I don't buy just any statue, it has to speak to me.

This is the first one I ever purchased, in fact,
I got this one
before we moved.

I like to hide some away for the visitor to find.
An unexpected smile.

Thanks for visiting my cats and I in
The Catbird Garden.

  9. These are darling. I often watch our real cats out in the garden frozen like statues watching the birds.
