Dog Toys

It's time to throw out Daisy's favorite furry bone toy.
The stuffing is starting to come out and
it's looking a bit gnarly in spots.

It is always nice to get a replacement when this happens.
We certainly don't want her to have
dog toy anxiety.

I picked her up, what I thought was a perfectly acceptable toy.
Cute little pink bone with a rope attached.
Well...she'll have none of it!

Do you remember "back in the day"
when all a dog needed was a
ball and a bone?

Now there are so many choices.

Hamburgers and Hot dogs.

Tools...WHY?

All number of little critters
in all sizes and colors
and squeaks.

You know your dog has too many toys
when they need their own
toy box.

I think I'm going to have go back to
my favorite, a
Bobo
from Pet Smart.

  1. Daisy looks so sweet sitting on the couch with those beautiful pillows! Maybe she would like one of those toys that Target has that looks like a real critter! lol They have them that look like squirrels and ducks.

  2. You'll be happy to know Daisy has changed her mind! She brought her new pink bone downstairs yesterday and we played fetch with it all though the living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom, in other words, my whole house! However, I'm sure she wouldn't say no to a new Bobo!

  3. Aren't the fur babies fun?! My 2 love their toys and yes, there is a designated basket for toys. A few days ago I bought a Valentine toy for a niece. Came in the door, put my shopping bags down and one of my furries dashed to the bag with the toy in it, grabbed it and ran....how do they know a toy is in the bag?!

  4. Your Daisy is adorable and so funny. My ChiChi will not play with toys, I guess she thinks she's too mature for such things..lol..she is afraid of squicky toys and don't want any toys in her bed. When she was little she was hit by a car, broke her hips and back, I put a soft brown teddy in her bed and she drug it around for over a year to sit on when she sit down. When it tore up she refussed every toy we gave her.

  5. I confess! My dogs have a toy box of their own. However.... I am the one who puts all the toys back in. There's nothing like a good worked over, broken in toy! The scrungier the better! Ann

  8. Dog toys are the perfect items to give to dogs. This will keep them from getting bored and consequently, keep them from gnawing at your shoes or other valuable things in the house.
